For a party in your own home, it’s worth preparing healthy alternatives to familiar treats, both sweet and salty. In summer there is no shortage of delicious fruits, it is worth using them and creating something really special from them. What about French fries, crisps and other snacks? You can replace them too!
Healthy French fries
At first glance, French fries are not associated with anything healthy. Deep-fried potatoes quickly soak up the fat and may be tasty, but they have a ton of unhealthy calories and fats. However, all you need to do is replace deep frying with baking with a little olive oil. The recipe is trivial, all you need to do is peel and slice the potatoes, then pour olive oil over them and coat them with your favorite spices. It’s a good idea to let them sit for 30 minutes so that everything blends well together.
